Experiential Learning

Students in the Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies can take classes in the study abroad program or work at local social service organizations. Students can discuss opportunities with our faculty, who are affiliated with many interdisciplinary programs and institutions across the University of Oregon, including African studies; Indigenous, race, and ethnic studies (IRES); Center for Latino/a and Latin American Studies (CLLAS); disability studies; climate studies; anthropology; journalism and communication; and English.
