Professor Emeritus Kenneth Liberman adds yet another award to his many wonderful accomplishments!

Congratulations to Liberman, who was awarded the 2023 Distinguished Book Award from the ASA’s Ethnomethodology and Conversation Analysis section for his latest book, Tasting Coffee: An Inquiry Into Objectivity (SUNY Press).

The Distinguished Scholarly Book Award is presented annually by the American Sociological Association (ASA) in recognition of an ASA member’s outstanding book published within two years prior to the award year.
